YWFAID - charity fundraising for Darfur

Posted on Jul 15th, 2007 by wayfoward : Charity fund raiser for Darfur wayfoward
530am
I'm currently setting up YWFAID to raise money for UNICEF / Darfur. Find out more on my blog.

Over the last 9 months how I could make YWF AID work has evolved. It occurred to me that just trying to get people join in a forced matrix MLM program wouldn't quite work. MLM is still a multi million dollar business so I still needed an element of what I do to appeal to afiliate marketers. I also learned I'm not really cut out to be your typical affiliate marketer either. Over 4 or 5 years I've spent thousands trying with out success.

Time to start thinking like my training as a service repair technician taught me! It dawned on me that the MLM forced matrix script is just a fancy calculator. Why run the script like a pyramid scheme? Someone would always be on the bottom, just like I always was. Finally it dawned on me at the start of November '07 - 'The List'. The power of my ability to raise funds will be in the list. The program scipt is just a fancy calculator to be used in a different way to what it was intended. It's time for a new way of thinking towards raising money online for charity, call it 21st century thinking.

Welcome to 'The List'. There will always be power in numbers, together we can make a real difference, not just talk about it because food, medical aid and it's transport still costs money. Raising some of that money is what I'm all about and I'm not just talking about shaking a bucket for a few dollars in a shopping mall. I'm dreaming far bigger than that.

I want to raise enough to set up a trust fund then use the program to keep funding that trust fund with more & more each month, effectively creating a gift that keeps on giving via the ever increasing amount of interest the trust fund creates.

That's it, I've said my piece, you get or you dont! It can work but I need your help!
